12 eggs, beaten
1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
1 (8 oz) bag shredded cheese
Optional: ham cubes or ham/sausage combo
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine eggs, cooked sausage, and shredded cheese.
Pour mixture evenly into a greased mini loaf pan.
Bake for 30–45 minutes, until set and golden on top.
Let cool slightly before removing from pan.
