Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil

1 lb smoked sausage (chicken, turkey, or veggie)

1 red + 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

1 medium zucchini, chopped

1 cup corn (fresh or frozen)

2 garlic cloves, minced

Salt, pepper & Italian herbs

Optional: fresh basil or parsley
Instructions

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Brown sliced sausage 2-3 min each side.

Add garlic; stir for 30 secs.

Toss in all veggies, stir well.

Cook 10-12 mins until tender-crisp.
