- 4 Russet Potatoes
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 4 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup Green Onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 2 tbsp Butter
Instructions
- Prepare the Potatoes: Scrub and poke holes in russet potatoes. Preheat Blackstone griddle to medium heat.
- Season and Oil Up: Drizzle potatoes with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and massage into skin.
- Get Griddling: Place potatoes on griddle, cover, and cook for 30-40 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Crispy Finish: Once tender, remove and slice in half lengthwise. Fluff the insides with a fork.
