  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 4 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 tbsp Butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Potatoes: Scrub and poke holes in russet potatoes. Preheat Blackstone griddle to medium heat.
