Description

Thanksgiving leftovers just got a serious glow-up. These savory waffles are made with stuffing, crisped to golden perfection, then topped with juicy shredded chicken and a warm drizzle of gravy. Whether it’s a cozy post-holiday brunch or your new Friendsgiving tradition, this dish brings all the best flavors of the season into every bite.

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups leftover or prepared stuffing

2 eggs

¼ cup chicken broth (as needed for moisture)

2 cups shredded cooked chicken (leftover turkey works too)

1 cup prepared gravy (store-bought or homemade)

Salt & pepper to taste

Optional toppings: fresh herbs, cranberry sauce drizzle

Instructions

Preheat waffle iron and grease it well.

In a bowl, mix stuffing with eggs and a splash of broth until the mixture holds together but isn’t too wet.

Press stuffing mixture into hot waffle iron and cook until crispy and golden (5–7 minutes).

Meanwhile, heat chicken and gravy separately. Season if needed.

Top stuffing waffles with warm chicken and a generous pour of gravy.

Garnish with herbs or cranberry sauce if desired. Serve hot and enjoy the comfort.
