Ingredients

  • 1 box Blue Jell-O
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup whipped cream (dairy or dairy-free)
  • ½ cup crushed graham crackers
  • Gummy sharks
  • Clear plastic dessert cups or mason jars

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Jell-O by boiling 1 cup of water, dissolving the Jell-O powder, and stirring in 1 cup of cold water.
  2. Pour the Jell-O into clear cups, filling them halfway. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours until set.
  3. Layer a generous amount of whipped cream on top of the Jell-O once set.
  4. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top of the whipped cream.
  5. Top with gummy sharks, placing them gently on the crushed graham crackers.
  6. Chill the assembled cups in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes before serving.
