This Sloppy Joe Casserole is comfort food at its finest—meaty, cheesy, saucy, and oh-so-easy. All the nostalgic flavors of a classic sloppy joe, baked into a hearty pasta dish that’s perfect for weeknight dinners or feeding a hungry crowd.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 cup diced yellow onion
1 (39 oz) can original Manwich sauce
12 oz farfalle pasta (or any pasta you love)
8 oz Colby-Jack cheese, shredded
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook pasta in salted water according to package directions; drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned and onions are tender. Drain excess grease.
Stir in Manwich sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
Combine meat mixture with cooked pasta in a large mixing bowl or casserole dish.
Fold in half the cheese, then transfer to a greased 9×13 baking dish.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
