4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

¼ cup olive oil

4 garlic cloves, minced

Juice and zest of 2 lemons

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp dried thyme

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: Lemon slices (for serving)


Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, zest, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker and pour the lemon mixture over top.

Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 2½–3 hours, until chicken is tender.

Serve with lemon slices and a sprinkle of fresh parsley for brightness.
