Ingredients
1 (32 oz) bag frozen hash browns or fresh diced potatoes
14 oz kielbasa sausage, sliced
1 small onion, diced
2½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
½ cup sour cream
1 tsp Creole seasoning (or your favorite blend)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix the Base: In a large bowl, combine potatoes, sausage, onion, 2 cups of cheese, soup, sour cream, and seasonings.
Load the Slow Cooker: Pour mixture into a greased slow cooker.
Cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until potatoes are tender.
Top & Melt: Sprinkle remaining cheese on top in the last 15 minutes, cover until melted.
Serve warm with a side salad or steamed veggies for a full meal.
