1 ripe avocado, mashed

4 oz smoked salmon

1 tsp lemon juice

Salt & cracked black pepper to taste

Optional toppings:

Thinly sliced red onion

Capers

Fresh dill

Chili flakes or Everything Bagel seasoning

Soft boiled egg (optional for extra protein)
