Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats or quick oats
½ cup peanut butter (or any nut-free alternative)
¼ cup maple syrup, honey, or agave
1 tbsp chia seeds
⅛ tsp salt
Optional: mini chocolate chips or raisins
Instructions
If needed, gently warm nut butter until soft and stirrable.
In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients.
Add nut butter and sweetener, and stir until well combined.
Roll into bite-sized balls or press into cookie shapes.
Store in a sealed container:
– 1 week at room temp
– 3 weeks in the fridge
– 4 months in the freezer
