Ingredients
8 cups (2 quarts) apple cider (not juice)
1 orange, sliced
4 cinnamon sticks
6 whole cloves
3 whole star anise (optional)

Instructions
In a large pot, combine apple cider, orange slices, cinnamon sticks, cloves, and star anise.
