Ingredients
150g penne pasta
200g lean chicken sausage, sliced
¼ cup low-fat cream cheese
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp chili flakes
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh chopped parsley (for garnish
Instructions
Cook penne pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook sliced sausage until browned.
