• 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
• 2 tbsp avocado oil
• 1 tsp kosher salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp each: garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika
• ½ tsp dried mustard
• 1 cup BBQ sauce (plus more for serving)
Marinate: Toss chicken with oil and seasonings. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Bake: Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss marinated chicken with ¼ cup BBQ sauce, place on a lined baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes.
Glaze & Flip: Flip chicken, brush with more BBQ sauce, bake another 10 minutes.
Broil: Flip again, glaze once more, then broil 5–6 minutes until caramelized and crisped on the edges.
Serve: Plate it up with extra BBQ sauce on the side and enjoy!
