- 2 cups Fresh Strawberries
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 1 package (or 1/4 cup) Ariannas Gel
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Silken Tofu
- Mint Leaves (for garnish)
- Extra Strawberries (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prep the strawberries: Wash gently under cold water, remove stems, and slice in half.
- Blend the strawberries: Add halved strawberries to a blender with maple syrup, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and silken tofu.
- Puree until smooth: Blend on high until the mixture is creamy.
- Incorporate your thickener: Add the gel to the mixture and blend again until fully incorporated.
- Taste and adjust: Sample the mixture and add more sweetness if needed.
- Chill the mousse: Pour into dishes and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes.
- Garnish and serve: Top with sliced strawberries and mint leaves before serving.
Notes
For a chunkier texture, pulse the blender a few times instead of blending continuously. Chill longer for better flavor melding!
