Description

A delightful and easy Strawberry Mousse recipe without gelatin or whipped cream, perfect for impressing guests or enjoying a sweet snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Fresh Strawberries
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 package (or 1/4 cup) Ariannas Gel
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Silken Tofu
  • Mint Leaves (for garnish)
  • Extra Strawberries (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prep the strawberries: Wash gently under cold water, remove stems, and slice in half.
  2. Blend the strawberries: Add halved strawberries to a blender with maple syrup, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and silken tofu.
  3. Puree until smooth: Blend on high until the mixture is creamy.
  4. Incorporate your thickener: Add the gel to the mixture and blend again until fully incorporated.
  5. Taste and adjust: Sample the mixture and add more sweetness if needed.
  6. Chill the mousse: Pour into dishes and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes.
  7. Garnish and serve: Top with sliced strawberries and mint leaves before serving.

Notes

For a chunkier texture, pulse the blender a few times instead of blending continuously. Chill longer for better flavor melding!
