Strawberry Pretzel Salad Parfaits

Ingredients

  • 1214 fresh strawberries, diced

  • 2 tsp granulated sugar

  • 1½ cups mini pretzels

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • Scant ⅛ tsp cinnamon

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 2 tbsp light brown sugar

  • ⅛ tsp vanilla extract

  • ⅛ tsp imitation strawberry extract


Instructions

  • Mix strawberries with sugar and refrigerate for 30 mins to release their juices.

  • Pulse pretzels in a food processor into small chunks (not too fine). Mix with melted butter and cinnamon.

  • Whip cream to stiff peaks, then gently fold in brown sugar and both extracts.

  • In cups or jars, layer whipped cream, strawberries, and pretzels. Repeat the layers.

  • Top with extra cream, a strawberry slice, and a pretzel. Serve immediately for that perfect crunch!
