12–14 fresh strawberries, diced
2 tsp granulated sugar
1½ cups mini pretzels
2 tbsp melted butter
Scant ⅛ tsp cinnamon
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp light brown sugar
⅛ tsp vanilla extract
⅛ tsp imitation strawberry extract
Mix strawberries with sugar and refrigerate for 30 mins to release their juices.
Pulse pretzels in a food processor into small chunks (not too fine). Mix with melted butter and cinnamon.
Whip cream to stiff peaks, then gently fold in brown sugar and both extracts.
In cups or jars, layer whipped cream, strawberries, and pretzels. Repeat the layers.
Top with extra cream, a strawberry slice, and a pretzel. Serve immediately for that perfect crunch!
