Ingredients
For the base:
1 roll (16.5 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 tbsp flour (to prevent sticking)
For the frosting:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the flag design:
½ cup blueberries
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 banana, sliced (or mini marshmallows)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Roll out sugar cookie dough onto a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet into a rectangle (about 9×13 inches). Sprinkle with flour if sticky.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden. Let cool completely.
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy. Spread over cooled cookie.
Arrange blueberries in the top-left corner.
Create red and white stripes with strawberry and banana slices across the cookie.
Chill until ready to serve. Slice and enjoy!
