Ingredients
48 oz bag fully cooked frozen homestyle meatballs
12 oz sweet red chili sauce (Thai Kitchen recommended)
20 oz grape jelly
20 oz can pineapple tidbits, drained
Instructions
Load the Crockpot: Place meatballs into the slow cooker.
Mix the Sauce: In a bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, grape jelly, and drained pineapple. Stir well.
Combine and Cook: Pour sauce over meatballs and stir to coat evenly.
Cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally.
Serve with toothpicks for an appetizer or over rice for a full meal.
