  • 4 cups Cabbage (green, purple, or a mix)
  • 1 cup Carrots (shredded)
  • 4 Green Onions (chopped)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger (grated)
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Black Sesame Seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  2. Brown the ground pork or chicken, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  3. Add green onions, garlic, and ginger; stir until fragrant (1-2 minutes).
  4. Incorporate the cabbage and carrots; cook until tender (3-5 minutes).
  5. Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil; stir well to combine.
  6. Scramble the eggs on the griddle until fully cooked, then fold into the mixture.
  7. Season with rice vinegar and adjust seasoning if needed.
  8. Garnish with black sesame seeds and additional green onions before serving.
