Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- Brown the ground pork or chicken, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Add green onions, garlic, and ginger; stir until fragrant (1-2 minutes).
- Incorporate the cabbage and carrots; cook until tender (3-5 minutes).
- Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil; stir well to combine.
- Scramble the eggs on the griddle until fully cooked, then fold into the mixture.
- Season with rice vinegar and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Garnish with black sesame seeds and additional green onions before serving.
