- 1/4 cup Lime Juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2 tablespoons Fish Sauce (or soy sauce for vegan)
- 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar (or maple syrup)
- 1 tablespoon Chili Garlic Sauce (or Sriracha)
- 2 teaspoons Sesame Oil (or olive oil)
- 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro (chopped finely)
- Crushed Peanuts (for garnish)
Instructions
- Juicing the limes: Start by slicing your limes in half and squeezing out 1/4 cup into a bowl.
- Pour in two tablespoons of fish sauce.
- Whisk in the brown sugar until fully dissolved.
- Add one tablespoon of chili garlic sauce and combine.
- Measure and whisk in the sesame oil.
- Toss in your freshly chopped cilantro.
- Give it a good whisk until everything is combined.
- Transfer the dressing into a clean jar or container for storage.
Notes
This dressing is great on salads, as a dipping sauce, or as a marinade for grilled meats. Letting it sit allows the flavors to deepen.
