2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
2 cucumbers, sliced
1 cup mozzarella balls (or cubed mozzarella)
¼ cup fresh basil, chopped or torn
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (optional)
Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine halved cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, and mozzarella.
Add basil, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar (if using).
Season with salt and pepper.
Toss gently to combine and serve chilled or at room temperature.
