It’s like Thanksgiving decided to roll itself into a bite-sized, cozy dinner. These turkey meatballs are bursting with herby sage, sweet cranberries, and nostalgic stuffing flavor. Served over creamy mashed cauliflower and topped with gravy or cranberry sauce—it’s a weeknight meal with holiday heart.


Ingredients

For the Meatballs

1 lb ground turkey

1/2 cup prepared stuffing mix (or breadcrumbs)

1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped

1 egg

1/2 tsp dried sage

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper to taste

Olive oil for baking or pan-frying

For the Mashed Cauliflower

1 medium head cauliflower, chopped

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp milk or cream

Salt, pepper, garlic powder

To Serve

Light turkey gravy or cranberry sauce


Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Mix turkey, stuffing mix, cranberries, egg, sage, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 12–14 meatballs.

Bake for 18–20 minutes or until golden and cooked through.

Meanwhile, steam cauliflower until fork-tender. Blend with butter, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until creamy.

Serve meatballs over mashed cauliflower. Add gravy or a dollop of cranberry sauce for extra flavor.
