Instructions

  2. In your mug, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir together with a fork.
  3. Stir in nut butter and sweetener, then add water and mix until smooth.
  4. Microwave the mixture for 30-40 seconds until set but slightly gooey in the center.
  5. Let cool for 1-2 minutes, then enjoy!

Notes

For a fudgier brownie, add a splash more water. Can substitute almond flour with coconut flour, reducing the amount to 2 teaspoons.
