Ingredients
1 ciabatta roll, halved and toasted
¼ avocado, mashed
1 tbsp pesto
A handful of spinach
2 tomato slices
3–4 slices turkey breast
Salt & pepper to taste
Drizzle of balsamic glaze
Instructions
Toast ciabatta bread until golden and crisp.
Spread mashed avocado on the bottom half.
Layer pesto, spinach, tomato, and turkey.
Season with salt and pepper.
Drizzle balsamic glaze and top with the other half of the ciabatta.
