Fresh, fruity, and wildly refreshing—this Watermelon Pineapple Lemonade is summer in a glass. With juicy watermelon, tangy lemon, sweet pineapple, and a hint of mint, it’s the ultimate thirst-quencher for hot days, backyard BBQs, or anytime you need a taste of sunshine.

Ingredients

Scale

¼ cup sugar

3 cups fresh watermelon juice (about 45 cups chopped watermelon, blended and strained)

1 cup fresh lemon juice (from ~56 lemons)

1 cup pineapple juice

¼ cup fresh mint leaves

Instructions

In a small bowl, dissolve sugar in ½ cup warm water to make a quick simple syrup.

In a large pitcher, combine watermelon juice, lemon juice, pineapple juice, and the simple syrup. Stir well.

Add mint leaves and gently muddle them with a spoon for extra flavor.

Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

Serve over ice with mint sprigs or lemon slices, if desired.
