Description

A refreshing and easy summer drink made with ripe watermelon, lime juice, and mint.

Instructions

  1. Prepare the watermelon by cutting it in half, scooping out the red fruit, and chopping it into manageable chunks.
  2. Blend the watermelon chunks with mint leaves, lime juice, and sweetener in a blender until smooth.
  3. Add crushed ice and blend until frosty and thick. Adjust consistency as needed.
  4. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or lime juice as desired.
  5. Serve the slushies in chilled glasses, garnishing with mint or a watermelon slice if desired.
