Ingredients
Crust:
3 cups graham cracker crumbs (or use crushed vanilla wafers for a buttery twist)
½ cup melted butter
Optional: 1 tbsp sugar or a pinch of cinnamon for flavor kick
Filling:
48 oz cream cheese, softened
2 cups sugar
6 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract

Purple and green food coloring

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
Mix cookie crumbs, butter, and sugar (if using). Press into two springform pans. Bake for 8 minutes. Cool.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla, citrus zest, and sour cream (if using).
Divide batter into two bowls. Tint one green and the other purple.
Drop alternating spoonfuls into crusts. Swirl gently with a skewer for a magical marbled effect.
Bake 55–65 minutes, until centers are just set. Cool completely, then chill for at least 4 hours.
Before serving, top with glitter, candy eyeballs, and any mystical décor your witchy heart desires.
