Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine Greek yogurt and self-rising flour in a large mixing bowl, kneading until a soft dough forms.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon, folding gently to combine.
- Shape the dough into round balls or discs, placing them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the tops are golden brown.
- Cool for a few minutes and then transfer to a wire rack.
