- 3–4 Fresh oranges
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
- Cooking oil (for grilling)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
- Steamed rice or veggies (for serving)
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by chopping the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Make the zesty sauce by mixing the juice of the fresh oranges, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch until smooth.
- Heat up the Blackstone griddle on medium heat and add a drizzle of cooking oil.
- Cook the chicken in a single layer for 3-4 minutes until browned, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until fully cooked.
