Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by gathering all your ingredients on the countertop.
  2. Combine the sour cream and mayonnaise in a medium mixing bowl; whisk until smooth.
  3. Squeeze in the fresh lime juice and sprinkle in the garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Give the dressing a taste test and adjust spices as necessary.
  5. Fold in the chopped cilantro gently.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a blender and pulse a few times for an ultra-smooth texture.
  7. Spoon the dressing into a jar and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
