Ingredients
¾ lb cooked turkey meat, chopped or shredded
2 celery stalks, diced
2 green onions, sliced
½ red bell pepper, finely chopped
3 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tsp white sugar
¼ tsp salt
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine chopped turkey, celery, onions, and red pepper.
In a separate bowl, whisk together mayo, mustard, vinegar, sugar, and salt.
Pour dressing over turkey mixture and stir until fully coated.
