- 4 cups Powdered Sugar

- Red Food Coloring
- Blue Food Coloring

Instructions
- Start with the frosting: In a large mixing bowl, combine butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until light and fluffy for about 3-4 minutes.
- Divide the frosting into three bowls. Color one bowl with red food coloring, another with blue, and leave the third white.
- Layer the wafers: Spread a layer of white frosting on a sugar wafer, place another wafer on top, and alternate colors as you stack.
- Top it off: Use the remaining frosting to cover the top and sides of the stacked wafers.
- Sprinkle some festive sprinkles on top to finish.
- Chill the assembled wafers in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving, then slice into squares or rectangles.
