Ingredients
¼ cup unsalted butter
½ cup milk
Pinch of salt
½ cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
¼ cup white sugar
½ tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
In a saucepan, heat milk, butter, and salt until just boiling.
Add flour all at once, stirring until dough forms a ball and pulls from sides.
Cool for 5 minutes, then beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
Transfer dough to a piping bag with a star tip. Pipe 4–5″ strips onto parchment.
Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes until golden.
Toss warm churros in cinnamon sugar mixture (¼ cup sugar + ½ tsp cinnamon).
