Ingredients

For the Steak Bites:

16 oz sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

2 tsp olive oil

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

¼ tsp onion powder

¼ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp brown sugar

For the Garlic Butter:

12 garlic cloves, minced

3 tbsp salted butter

1 tsp chopped parsley


Instructions

In a bowl, toss steak cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and brown sugar.

Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Place steak bites in a single layer in the basket.

Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until desired doneness.

While cooking, melt butter in a small pan or microwave with minced garlic and parsley.

Drizzle garlic butter over steak bites before serving.
