Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish by greasing it with butter or cooking spray.
- Mix the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Combine the milk, melted butter, and eggs in a separate bowl.
- Combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Add the batter to the greased baking dish and smooth it out.
- Prepare the topping by mixing brown sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over the batter.
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
