Ingredients

  • 1 cup Milk (or milk alternative)
  • ½ cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Chopped Apple
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Nuts or Seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the oats and liquid in a mixing bowl or jar.
  2. Add Greek yogurt for extra creaminess.
  3. Toss in chopped apples and cinnamon.
  4. Sweeten it up with maple syrup.
  5. Mix in chia seeds and vanilla.
  6. Let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 4-6 hours or overnight.
  7. When ready to enjoy, stir and add a splash of milk if too thick.
  8. Top with additional chopped apples, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and nuts if desired.

Notes
