Instructions

  1. Slice the apples thinly, about ¼ inch thick.
  2. Toss the apple slices with brown sugar and ground cinnamon until well-coated.

  4. Cook the apple mixture in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes until softened but not mushy.
  5. Toast the slices of bread until golden and slightly crispy.
