- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- A splash of lemon juice
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by slicing the avocado in half and removing the pit. Scoop out the flesh and add it to your blender.
- Add the frozen blueberries next. If using fresh blueberries, add a handful of ice cubes.
- Pour in the almond milk.
- Sweeten your smoothie by adding the honey or maple syrup.
- Add a splash of lemon juice and the chia seeds if using.
- Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust the sweetness or lemon juice as needed.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy!
