Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • A splash of lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by slicing the avocado in half and removing the pit. Scoop out the flesh and add it to your blender.
  2. Add the frozen blueberries next. If using fresh blueberries, add a handful of ice cubes.
  3. Pour in the almond milk.
  4. Sweeten your smoothie by adding the honey or maple syrup.
  5. Add a splash of lemon juice and the chia seeds if using.
  6. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  7. Taste and adjust the sweetness or lemon juice as needed.
  8. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
