- Frozen Waffle Fries
- Cooked Shredded Chicken (rotisserie recommended)
- BBQ Sauce

- Ranch Dressing
- Green Onions
- Cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the package directions for the waffle fries. Spread them out in a single layer on a baking sheet and pop them in the oven. Bake until they’re golden and crispy—about 25-30 minutes.
- Combine the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce in a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir until the chicken is evenly coated and warmed through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the waffle fries from the oven and pile the BBQ chicken on top.
- Sprinkle a generous amount of cheese over the hot BBQ chicken and return it to the oven for a couple of minutes for extra melting if desired.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over the top.
- Garnish with green onions and cilantro. Serve immediately.
