Delicious beef shish kabobs with marinated tender beef and colorful veggies perfect for grilling.
Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs beef sirloin (or chuck), cut into 1.5-inch cubes
- 2 bell peppers (red, green, yellow), chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Marinate the beef in a bowl with olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Prep the vegetables by chopping them into 1-inch pieces.
- Skewer the beef and vegetables alternately onto skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F.
- Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked to your desired doneness.
- Rest the kabobs for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with yogurt sauce or tzatziki and pair with rice or pita bread for a complete meal.
