Description

Delicious beef shish kabobs with marinated tender beef and colorful veggies perfect for grilling.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs beef sirloin (or chuck), cut into 1.5-inch cubes
  • 2 bell peppers (red, green, yellow), chopped
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef in a bowl with olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prep the vegetables by chopping them into 1-inch pieces.
  3. Skewer the beef and vegetables alternately onto skewers.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F.
  5. Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked to your desired doneness.
  6. Rest the kabobs for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with yogurt sauce or tzatziki and pair with rice or pita bread for a complete meal.
