  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 1 packet Ranch Seasoning Mix
  • 1 red Bell Pepper
  • 1 green Bell Pepper
  • 1 medium-sized Onion, diced
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by dicing chicken, chopping vegetables, and cutting bacon.
  2. Cook the bacon on medium-high heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Sauté the diced chicken in the bacon grease for about 7-10 minutes until golden brown.
