- 1 green Bell Pepper
- 1 medium-sized Onion, diced

- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella)
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by dicing chicken, chopping vegetables, and cutting bacon.
