  • Mayonnaise (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Bacon: In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook your bacon until it’s crispy—about 4-6 minutes per side.
  2. Toast the Bread: While the bacon is cooking, toast your bread slices in a toaster or in the oven for 5-7 minutes at 350°F.
  3. Prepare the Veggies: Wash and dry the lettuce leaves and slice your tomatoes about 1/4 inch thick, seasoning them with salt and pepper.
  4. Assemble the Sandwich: On the bottom slice of toasted bread, spread mayonnaise, layer bacon, followed by lettuce and tomatoes, and top with another slice of bread. Repeat.
