Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping or Cool Whip
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar (for topping)
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl.
  3. Press the pretzel mixture into a 9×13-inch baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in whipped topping.
  5. Spread the cream cheese layer over the cooled pretzel crust and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  6. Combine blueberries, granulated sugar, and water in a saucepan and heat until simmering.
  7. Thicken the mixture for about 5-7 minutes and allow to cool.
  8. Pour the cooled blueberry mixture over the cream cheese layer evenly.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
