  • ¼ cup Honey
  • ½ cup Walnuts
  • Fresh Thyme or Rosemary (optional)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the baguette: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice your baguette into ½-inch thick slices.
  2. Brush with olive oil: Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush one side with olive oil.
  3. Toast the crostini: Bake for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Prep the walnuts: Chop walnuts coarsely and toast in a pan over medium heat for 5 minutes if desired.
  5. Assemble the crostini: Layer brie on warm crostini slices.
