2 cups rolled oats
4 tbsp chia seeds
3–4 tbsp brown sugar (dark, light, or regular)
1 cup mashed banana (about 2 ripe bananas)
1 tsp vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
¼ tsp cinnamon (or more to taste)
2 cups milk
In a large bowl, mix oats, chia seeds, brown sugar, bananas, cinnamon, salt, and milk. Stir well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
When ready, give it a stir and add your favorite toppings—like nuts, fruit, or a drizzle of honey.
