Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 4 tbsp chia seeds

  • 34 tbsp brown sugar (dark, light, or regular)

  • 1 cup mashed banana (about 2 ripe bananas)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • A pinch of salt

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon (or more to taste)

  • 2 cups milk

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix oats, chia seeds, brown sugar, bananas, cinnamon, salt, and milk. Stir well.

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  • When ready, give it a stir and add your favorite toppings—like nuts, fruit, or a drizzle of honey.
