  • 68 Croissants, torn into pieces
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 cups Fresh Blueberries
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • Powdered Sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the croissants by tearing them into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add in 1/2 cup of sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon, mixing until combined.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  6. Pour this mixture over the torn croissant pieces and gently fold.
  7. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the croissant mixture, spread half of the cream cheese mixture, and top with half of the blueberries. Repeat the layers.
  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
  9. Cool for about 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Refrigerates well for up to 3 days. Can be assembled the night before. Substitute with day-old bread or different berries to suit your taste.
