- 6–8 Croissants, torn into pieces
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 cups Fresh Blueberries
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- Powdered Sugar, for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the croissants by tearing them into bite-sized pieces.
- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add in 1/2 cup of sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon, mixing until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Pour this mixture over the torn croissant pieces and gently fold.
- In a greased baking dish, layer half of the croissant mixture, spread half of the cream cheese mixture, and top with half of the blueberries. Repeat the layers.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Refrigerates well for up to 3 days. Can be assembled the night before. Substitute with day-old bread or different berries to suit your taste.
