  • 1 cup raspberry, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Add the heavy cream, egg, and vanilla extract, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the raspberries and white chocolate chips gently.
  6. Shape the dough into a circle about 1 to 1.5 inches thick; cut out scones as desired.
  7. Transfer the scones to the baking sheet, brushing the tops with cream or an egg wash.
