Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large mixing bowl.
- Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add the heavy cream, egg, and vanilla extract, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the raspberries and white chocolate chips gently.
- Shape the dough into a circle about 1 to 1.5 inches thick; cut out scones as desired.
- Transfer the scones to the baking sheet, brushing the tops with cream or an egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving.
