- 2–3 tablespoons Cajun Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- Fresh Parsley (for garnish)
- 1 ear Corn on the Cob (cut into pieces)
- 1 Lemon (sliced)
Instructions
- Prep your workspace: Lay out two sheets of aluminum foil, each about 12 inches long.
- Season the chicken: Pat it dry, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning.
- Chop your vegetables: Slice bell peppers, onion, and corn into manageable pieces.
- Assemble the foil pack: Place chicken in the center, surround with veggies, and add lemon slices.
- Seal it up tight: Fold the edges of the foil to create a pouch.
- Cook on a grill or over a campfire for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Let it rest: Allow to sit for a few minutes before opening.
