  • 23 tablespoons Cajun Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Fresh Parsley (for garnish)
  • 1 ear Corn on the Cob (cut into pieces)
  • 1 Lemon (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Prep your workspace: Lay out two sheets of aluminum foil, each about 12 inches long.
  2. Season the chicken: Pat it dry, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Chop your vegetables: Slice bell peppers, onion, and corn into manageable pieces.
  4. Assemble the foil pack: Place chicken in the center, surround with veggies, and add lemon slices.
  5. Seal it up tight: Fold the edges of the foil to create a pouch.
  6. Cook on a grill or over a campfire for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
