Ingredients
- Ground Beef (1 pound)
- Cheese (1–2 cups, shredded)
- Taco Seasoning (1 packet)
- Pizza Dough (1 can or homemade)
- Ketchup (for dipping)
- Mustard (1 tablespoon)
- Pickles (optional, diced)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Season it up by adding the taco seasoning and water. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle of about 12×8 inches.
- Add the cooked beef mixture evenly over the dough and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Roll the dough into a log, tucking in sides as you go.
- Slice the log into about 1-inch pieces and arrange on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
- Let them cool slightly for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve with ketchup for dipping.
