Delicious roll-ups that combine classic cheeseburger flavors with a fun twist.


Ingredients

  • Ground Beef (1 pound)
  • Cheese (1–2 cups, shredded)
  • Taco Seasoning (1 packet)
  • Pizza Dough (1 can or homemade)
  • Ketchup (for dipping)
  • Mustard (1 tablespoon)
  • Pickles (optional, diced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Season it up by adding the taco seasoning and water. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle of about 12×8 inches.
  5. Add the cooked beef mixture evenly over the dough and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  6. Roll the dough into a log, tucking in sides as you go.
  7. Slice the log into about 1-inch pieces and arrange on a greased baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  9. Let them cool slightly for 5 minutes before serving.
  10. Serve with ketchup for dipping.
