An ooey-gooey, cheesy chicken casserole with Alfredo sauce and crispy tater tots, perfect for cozy family dinners.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 12 oz. fettuccine Alfredo sauce
- 32 oz. frozen tater tots
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt, to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare your chicken by shredding it into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine the shredded chicken, fettuccine Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and a healthy pinch of salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Spread the chicken and Alfredo mixture evenly in a greased casserole dish.
- Arrange the tater tots in a single layer on top of the chicken mixture.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese generously on top of the tater tots.
- Bake for about 30–35 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving, then garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
Feel free to swap chicken for veggies for a vegetarian version or BBQ sauce for a smoky twist.
