Delicious bite-sized Chicken Parmesan Biscuit Bombs, filled with seasoned chicken, gooey cheese, and marinara sauce, wrapped in flaky biscuit dough.

- 2 cups Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cooked and shredded)
- 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup Marinara sauce
- 1 can Biscuit dough (refrigerated)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather all your ingredients for smoother preparation.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then grill, boil, or sauté until cooked through. Shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, marinara sauce, and Italian seasoning in a bowl; stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Separate each biscuit from the canister and flatten each piece into a round disc.
- Place about a tablespoon of the chicken mixture in the center of each biscuit disc. Fold the edges around the filling and pinch to seal.
- Arrange the filled biscuit bombs seam side down on a greased baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with extra marinara for dipping and enjoy!
Notes
These bombs can be customized with different fillings and sauces, such as buffalo chicken or pesto. They can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
